DadSpa.com administrators will choose the three best photos. The winners will be contacted via phone and e-mail no later than September 5, 2008. Once the winner is confirmed, we will also announce the winners and display the winning photos on DadSpa.com.

Failure to e-mail a response giving permission to use the photo online may result in disqualification. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Promotion will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
